LOOK UP!

Sometimes you just have to look up! Earlier I heard a plane of not normal sounds flying by ... I looked up to Find this .....

Apparently there is a B-17 and this B-24 in town (on tour of the U.S.) and for a mere $400.00 (tax deductible donation) you too can get a 30 minute ride. OH HOW I WOULD LOVE TO DO THIS .... but ... we are trying to build a house and this kind of spending would not be smart (are you proud of me Mrs. H?).

Anyways I am going to try and get up to the airport to get a closer look at these two pieces of history. You can learn more about these specific aircraft HERE.
