Last night I was working an interesting event in the Key Arena. Michael Moore's "Slacker Uprising Tour" rolled through town. Around 10,000 "fans" showed up to listen to what all I can describe as a passionate lecture. If Michael was a musical act, I could only imagine the merchandise sales the next day.
Don't get me wrong, He has a lot of interesting things to say, a lot of interesting stories that are not in the main stream media. The night began with surprise guests Eddie Vedder and Mike McCready of Pearl Jam walking on stage to perform a couple of songs then Eddie introducing Michael.
